My girls have Lamda lessons in school. The abbreviation stands for London Academy for Music and Dramatic Art. Basically, it teaches them to perform and stand confidently on stage, which at this age consists of course just of humble beginnings. They recite a poem by heart, talk about their favourite book.. But I think it is very good and very important.
Axelle loves it, our actress (or should I say drama queen?) But Celeste gets nervous and shy and reluctant to do it. Which is why I am so proud when she does it – and does it well.
Here she is just before her exam.. still rehearsing 🙂
